Mobile UK Provides Recommendations to PSA Consultation on its 15th Code of Practice
Mobile UK has submitted its response to the Phone-paid Services Authority’s consultation on its draft 15th Code of Practice. Premium rate services remain an important form of micro-payment, valued of their convenience and used by over half the UK’s population. It is timely to assess how the regulations can be refreshed to keep pace with change. Mobile UK, while generally supportive, has made some suggestions on how they could be clarified and improved.
