Hamish MacLeod - Chief Executive
Hamish MacLeod has served as the Chief Executive of Mobile UK since its formation in March 2016. Prior to this, he chaired for 14 years the Mobile Broadband Group, one of the cross industry bodies that was merged into Mobile UK, working across a broad range of public policy matters, including child protection, privacy and payments.
He is a member of SONIC Labs Strategic Advisory Board and a director of the Committee for Advertising Practice. Hamish is a graduate of Aberdeen University, a qualified accountant and holds an MBA from Cass Business School.
Gareth Elliott - Director of Policy and Communications
Gareth joined Mobile UK in 2017. He heads up policy and communications with a focus on mobile coverage and future infrastructure requirements and deployment.
Before coming to Mobile UK, Gareth spent three years as a Public Affairs Manager with HS2 Ltd. During this time Gareth worked to deliver the hybrid Bill through its Parliamentary stages to Royal Assent and worked with key stakeholders across the country to build support and advocacy for the project. Prior to HS2 Ltd. Gareth worked as a consultant at Insight Public Affairs with clients across the transport and infrastructure spectrum and before that with the British Chambers of Commerce as a Senior Policy Advisor.

Lindsay Naylor - PA to Hamish MacLeod & Gareth Elliott
Lindsay joined Mobile UK in 2018. She is PA to Hamish MacLeod & Gareth Elliott.
Before coming to Mobile UK, Lindsay spent seventeen years as an Executive Assistant at Alternative Networks plc. Lindsay assists with the scheduling of meetings, stakeholder management and production of the monthly newsletter.
