CMA approves merger of Vodafone and Three in the UK
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has today granted approval for mobile network operators Vodafone and Three UK to proceed with their merger deal.
Vodafone and Three have committed to investing £11 billion over the next eight years to bolster Britain’s 5G network.
